Caretaking

Leaving a property for an extended period of time can be worrisome.  There are many things that can happen to an unattended home, so it's always best to have someone at your disposal to make sure that things are safe and secure.

We perform many of the traditional Caretaker's responsibilities.

Service may include :

• opening & closing procedures
• collecting mail, newspapers and fliers
• checking the property for damage
• clearing fallen tree limbs and debris
• security checks
• arrangement and supervision of contractors
• restocking the pantry
• cleaning
• vehicle security and mechanical checks
• bulb replacement / minor household repairs
